Walking the Path: From Insight to Integration

This is not a program about learning spirituality.
It is a space to live it.

It is for those who are ready to stop circling the path…and begin walking it.

Most people don’t need more teachings. They need support in integrating what they already know into their body, their choices, their relationships, and their daily life.

What This Is

This work is supported by a range of wisdom traditions and psychological frameworks, woven together in a way that stays grounded in lived experience. In the first six months, we focus on foundational teachings and direct practice drawing from traditions such as the Noble Eightfold Path, the Koshas of yoga, meditation, and relational awareness. For those who continue into the second six months, the work expands to include more metaphysical perspectives, exploring manifestation through teachings inspired by Science of Mind, with potential inquiry into early spiritual texts such as the Lost Gospels, while continuing to deepen the integration of practice, psychology, and embodied awareness.

This is a deep, guided container for individuals who are ready to engage spirituality as a lived experience. Not an idea, not an identity, and not something separate from life.

Together, we work at the intersection of:

  • meditation and nervous system regulation

  • embodiment and energetic awareness

  • spiritual philosophy and real-life application

  • personal truth and relational honesty

This is not about transcendence.
It is about integration.

Who This Is For

This work is for you if:

  • You have already begun your spiritual journey, but feel something isn’t fully landing

  • You understand concepts, but struggle to live them consistently

  • You feel called to deepen your relationship with yourself in an honest, grounded way

  • You are ready to be seen, challenged, and supported

  • You want spirituality to exist in your real life not just in retreat spaces

This is not for those looking for quick transformation, surface-level healing, or passive consumption.

What We Do Together

Over six months/ one year, we move through a structured but responsive process that meets you where you are.

Each month builds on the last, while allowing space for real-time experience.

Foundations include:

  • Establishing a sustainable meditation and personal practice (sadhana)

  • Understanding the layers of self through different philosophies as a lived map

  • Working with the body as a gateway to awareness and truth

  • Developing the capacity to stay present through discomfort and change

  • Exploring shadow, conditioning, and patterns with honesty

  • Integrating spiritual principles into relationships, work, and daily decisions

This is not linear.
It is cyclical, layered, and alive.

How This Works

  • Two online group calls a month (live, interactive)

  • Guided practices and experiential work

What Makes This Different

There are many programs that "teach" spirituality.
Very few hold you accountable to living it.

This space is:

  • relational, not performative

  • grounded, not abstract

  • supportive, but not soft in the ways that keep you stuck

You will not be asked to become someone new.
You will be asked to become more honest about who you already are.

This is a space for people who are ready.

Not ready to be perfect.
Not ready to have it all figured out.

But ready to stop avoiding the work that actually changes things.

Program Details

Dates: September 2026 – February 2027 with a continuation beginning in March/April 2027

Schedule: Two live sessions per month, 2 hours each. Participants will be invited to share their scheduling preferences. I will do my best to create a consistent time that works for the group as a whole.

Continuation Option:
For those who wish to continue into the second 6-month cycle, confirmation will be required by December 15, 2026.

I will offer an optional in-person week for participants who commit to the full year. Dates TBD.

Format:
All sessions will be held live on Zoom. Cameras are expected to be on to support presence and group connection, unless discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Sessions will be recorded and shared.

Between Sessions:
There will be some reflection work and meditation-based practices to support integration between calls. 

Investment:

6-month Commitment:

$1500 USD for the initial 6-month program

Full Year Commitment:
Participants who choose to commit to the full year from the beginning may do so at a reduced rate of $2800 USD. Those who decide to continue after beginning the initial program will be invited to join the second cycle at an additional $1500 USD (total investment $3000 USD).

Please Note:
A $500 deposit is required upon acceptance to secure your place.
The remaining balance is due one month prior to the start date, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. Due to the nature of this work and the commitment involved, all payments are non-refundable.
