Over six months/ one year, we move through a structured but responsive process that meets you where you are.
Each month builds on the last, while allowing space for real-time experience.
Foundations include:
Establishing a sustainable meditation and personal practice (sadhana)
Understanding the layers of self through different philosophies as a lived map
Working with the body as a gateway to awareness and truth
Developing the capacity to stay present through discomfort and change
Exploring shadow, conditioning, and patterns with honesty
Integrating spiritual principles into relationships, work, and daily decisions
This is not linear.
It is cyclical, layered, and alive.
There are many programs that "teach" spirituality.
Very few hold you accountable to living it.
This space is:
relational, not performative
grounded, not abstract
honest, not bypassing
supportive, but not soft in the ways that keep you stuck
You will not be asked to become someone new.
You will be asked to become more honest about who you already are.
