A Sadhana is a spiritual practice that you follow every day, in sanskrit the word literally means "a means of accomplishing something." This practice helps you to ground yourself and is a discipline that builds a foundation from which you can live with more purpose and clarity. Here are some guided meditations and exercises that you can incorporate into your daily Sadhana.
