My attraction to rituals and mysticism has led me to research various world religions, healing modalities and spiritual traditions. This, in turn, has led me to my life's work as an Intuitive Counselor, Energy Worker and Human Being.

At 19, my love of music sent me to study at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After graduation I headed to Seattle, Washington, where I talked my way into becoming the booking agent for a well-known music club called the Off Ramp, during the height of Grunge music. After 2 years I began to head south, landing in California and spending 4 years in the midst of celebrity, working for talent agencies and management companies. I co-produced comedy shows around the country and eventually produced and starred in an independent feature film, Los Enchiladas!, that was showcased at the Sundance Film Festival 1999. For 15 years I lived in New York City, working at The New Yorker Magazine producing special events for the editorial department before finally transitioning into my true life's work.

While still enmeshed in Corporate America, I completed a 4-year counseling program called Helix and was ordained as a minister of the Helix Healing Ministry. This program gave me a strong psychological & spiritual knowledge base along with years of experiential work as a psycho-spiritual counselor and energy worker. The call to leave my professional life was strong, and I began seeing clients on the weekends in 2005, focusing on intuitive guidance and energy healing, and finally leaving the corporate world in 2009. Eventually I knew it was time to end the NYC chapter of my life altogether, and did so in 2012, moving to Ubud, Bali, Indonesia, sight unseen.

Since moving to Ubud, I changed my life completely. My spiritual path now leads me. I don't follow one path but seek my way through personal experience, holding the various teachers and texts that I come in contact with in great esteem. I sit regularly with Bali Hindu priestesses, and am presently under guidance from a Lama of the Tibetan Dzogchen tradition and an Indian mystic. I am indebted to my teachers from Helix who instilled within me a deep sense of grounding and responsibility towards my clients, and to the Holy women & men with whom I've had the honor of witnessing, serving and receiving knowledge from which has provoked personal insights and experiences that continue to expand my consciousness.

Music remains a part of my life.  After an early attempt at forming a band in my 20s and producing concerts in my 30s, I now find great joy in singing devotional music/kirtan/chanting. The act of singing kirtan & chanting has healed me in many personal ways. It has also supported me in using my voice for healing in private sessions.

Currently I run classes, workshops, retreats and one-on-one sessions out of The Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali, where I am on staff (Offerings & Events). I am also grateful to be hosted internationally by many clients.

Freedom is my ultimate goal.

Complete freedom: non-attachment, powerful mastery of my mind & body, joyful celebration.
